Silvermines Mens Shed was formed in 2017 and has 20 active members who currently meet on Thursday evenings. The group undertake various activities but are particularly interested in woodcarving and are currently undertaking their fifth course on the topic (funded by Tipperary ETB’s Community Education program) have taken the art to a high level.
Silvermines Men’s Shed are supported by NTDC’s Men’s Sheds Project Worker Mike Ryan.
