NTDC SICAP
The Social Inclusion Community Activation Programme (SICAP) offers group and individual supports to a broad spectrum of target groups and communities in North Tipperary.
Since 2022, North Tipperary Development Company (NTDC) has identified Older persons and isolation as one of three priorities identified for 2022-2023 SICAP programme.
SICAP engages with individual and communities through activities under the following themes:
- Learning for Life,
- Personal Development,
- Advocacy,
- Advice and Support,
- Meals on Wheels,
- Supporting local Community Groups,
- Active Retirement groups,
- Men’s Sheds,
- Women’s Sheds,
- Age Friendly,
- Community Planning and Outreach services,
