Finance Administrator
NTDC invites applications for a Finance Administrator who will have responsibility for financial reporting to funding agencies, budgeting, preparing month end accounts for programmes, internal audit function, accounts payable and receivable duties, processing payroll and assisting with GDPR Compliance and Company Secretarial duties.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Administrator will work as part of the Finance team based in Nenagh.
The successful candidate must meet the criteria of the job specification including:
- Business Administration (Level 6)
- 2-3 years’ experience in a busy office environment
- Relevant experience in the key areas including accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping and accounting, financial returns/reporting, budgeting, internal audit, company secretarial and personnel related record keeping
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good working knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience and or knowledge of accounting/payroll software systems such as SAGE/Thesaurus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with good analytical skills
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Full-time position – working 35 hours per week. The is an initial fixed term contract until 31st December 2026.
The salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience based on a salary scale of €32,297 – €51,103.
